Are you passionate about building smart, scalable systems that drive real impact? Do you thrive on solving operational challenges and influencing positive change? T-Mobile is expanding its Fiber business, and we're looking for a Business Operations Manager to help take it to the next level.

In this role, you'll be a key player in strengthening our partnerships, driving operational efficiency, and creating seamless customer experiences. You'll work cross-functionally to audit, optimize, and improve our operations assuring that our partner ecosystem delivers on growth, revenue, and service excellence. From identifying gaps to implementing process improvements, your work will directly support our mission to make T-Mobile Fiber the best in the industry.

What You'll Do

  • Partner Performance Management: Maintain and grow strong working relationships with T-Mobile Fiber partners, ensuring they meet performance targets related to installs, trouble calls, and customer satisfaction.
  • Audit & Quality Assurance: Monitor partner-led customer appointments and troubleshoot issues to uphold a premium experience for our Fiber customers.
  • Operational Insights: Analyze data and identify trends or gaps across partner operations-then recommend actionable solutions to senior leadership.
  • Streamline & Scale: Improve processes and systems to ensure they are scalable and support long-term operational excellence.
  • Drive Change: Lead efforts in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and change management to enhance operational efficiency and get results.
  • Data & Reporting: Ensure accurate cost tracking and procurement processes for all partner and vendor activities. Provide clear, data-driven reporting for leadership decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the go-to liaison across internal teams and partners to support program rollouts, special projects, and ongoing operations initiatives.

    Who You Are
    • You have 4-7 years of experience in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment-ideally in telecom, tech, or with strategic vendors/partners.
    • You're a strategic thinker who can connect the dots across data, people, and systems.
    • You're a strong communicator who can translate complex issues into clear, actionable steps.
    • You enjoy tackling messy problems and turning uncertainty into clarity with scalable solutions.
    • You're tech-savvy with a solid command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
    • You know how to tell a story with data-and you're comfortable presenting it to leadership.
    • You've got a knack for business analysis, fact-finding, and problem-solving.

      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
      • Experience working with vendors, contract management, or cost analysis is a plus.
      • Experience in Fiber, Telecom, or infrastructure-related fields is a bonus-but not required.

          Base Pay Range: $84,800 - $152,900

          Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

          The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

          At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
