Description:Allied National is looking to hire a National Sales
Director who is excited to join a fast-paced and growing team. The
Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and
management of the organization's nationwide sales activity. This
individual will be working directly with senior leadership at
Allied to create and implement sales strategies that grow top line
revenue by promoting Allied's products. We are looking for someone
who is eager to develop a strong sales and account management team,
as well as someone who has the ability to support constant
improvement within the technology platforms and operational
systems.-- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with
overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, customer
insights, and the competitive landscape to identify growth
opportunities and set goals. Review marketing, product, and process
changes needed to drive growth and service. -- Identify, develop
and grow distribution channel relationships and partnerships.
Establish and sustain trusted working relationships with key agency
principles and general agents. Conduct agent webinars/seminars for
marketing and educational purposes. Develop and implement
comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new-to-Allied
agents and general agents. -- Collaborate with other departments to
align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Ensure
coordination between departments to drive customer-centric
processes and enhance customer experience.-- Define and implement
an agent and agency compensation model that incentivizes growth and
long-term partnerships. Requirements:High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related field preferred5
years of supervisory/management level marketing experience in the
Group and Health market5 years field and brokerage experienceMust
hold current Accident and Health Agent's licenseAbility to travel
via airline or automobile approximately 50% of the timeAbility to
analyst market trends, competitors, and customer insights to
identify growth opportunities and informed decision
