Jenkins Centrifuge Co, the largest family-owned centrifuge repair company in the United States, is seeking a Manual Machinist to join their team in Kansas City, MO.

            • Operate manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders to fabricate or repair centrifuge components.
              • Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical manuals to produce precise parts.
                • Measure components using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to ensure tight tolerances.
                  • Fabricate custom parts from metal and composite materials for centrifuge assembly and repair.
                    • Maintain manual machining equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
                      • Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy against technical specifications.
                        • Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
                          • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet production and repair objectives.
