back of the house team, you will be tasked to create a warm and
comfortable ambiance through outstanding operational support.
Crushed Red Dough Pro is the point person for all hot food in our
restaurants, from pizzas to shareables. Beyond bringing the heat to
the kitchen, the Dough Pro showcases the quality and freshness of
our food and the exacting care that goes into its preparation. Our
Dough Pros: Produce pizzas and shareables per guest specifications.
Keep the production area clean and organized. Monitor ovens and
remove pizzas when they are baked to perfection. Communicate order
status with the expediter. Restock the dough station as needed.
