expanding its Urgent & Express Care team and is seeking passionate,
board certified/eligible General Pediatricians who want to make an
immediate impact. These opportunities allow you to provide
high-quality, family-centered care within a collaborative,
innovative environment focused on efficiency and patient
experience. The shift-based model offers predictable scheduling,
minimal weekend coverage, and no call responsibilities—supporting a
true work-life balance. As part of a rapidly growing division,

to more than 50 pediatric subspecialists. If you are passionate

Opportunity: Flexible shift-based schedule: 3–3.5 shifts per week,
11-hour shifts Limited weekend and holiday coverage No call
responsibilities with streamlined handoffs Competitive compensation
aligned with AAAP benchmarks Relocation assistance up to $15,000
CME allowance of $5,000 plus two weeks of dedicated CME time 30
days of PTO, increasing with tenure Comprehensive retirement plan
