Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Rehabilitation - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Description: RN/Rehab Avg. Daily Census: 24-30 Rooms/Beds: 30 Ratio: 1:6 all shifts Years of experience REQ: 1 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Certs Required: BLS Skills REQ: Acute Rehab hospital, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Blood glucose monitoring, Insulin protocols, Thickened liquids, Foley catheter removal, Administration of blood & blood products, Central line care (PICC lines), Starting and maintaining IVs, Pulse Oximetry, Fall Risk Assessment/Prevention, Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/PPE Weekend REQ: (Y/N) min of 8 weekend shifts per 6 weeks Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? N/A Will clinician float within scope meet facility needs? Regular floating may be required between departments, units and facilities as needed. Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): N/A Holiday Requirements: Yes, if holiday falls on scheduled days. Open to accommodating block schedule?
