About The Position Job Summary and Qualifications The Medical Telemetry Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.??? Identifies cost reduction opportunities and implements actions to achieve savings. 27142892EXPTEMP Job Requirements What qualifications you will need: Would need to have a minimum of 2 years of RECENT (within the last year) Acute Care Leadership experience with 5 years of total RN experience. * Would Accept CNC, House Supervisor, or Charge Nurse Experience. Candidates do not need to have Medical Telemetry experience. Other Unit Experience is fine as long as the candidate has Recent Leadership experience within Acute Care. Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained by date of hire Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation. What additional departments are they over? No additional departments. Our tele is a PCU combo. Not your traditional Tele. High acuity. Combo step down unit Have you extended any offers to candidates?
