Job Description & Requirements - Specialty:Labor and Delivery - Discipline:RN - Start Date:07/28/2025 - Duration:13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:12 hours, nights - Employment Type:Travel Licensure & Certifications Required: - Active RN license(Compact or Missouri licensein hand at submission) - BLS - FHM - NRP - AWHONN Advanced/Intermediate(Preferred) Experience Requirements: - Minimum:3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery - Recent Experience:Must have 1 year of in-specialty experiencewithin the past 12 months - No employment gap greater than 90 days in the last year - Community hospital experience preferred - First-time travelers:Not accepted Scheduling & Call Requirements: - Weekend Rotation:4–6 weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)and2 Fridays per 6-week schedule - Holiday Requirements:1major holiday(Thanksgiving or Christmas) and1–2 minor holidays(New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day) - On-Call:Yes –2 mandatory on-call shifts per 6-week schedule - Locals:Not accepted (must reside50 milesfrom facility) Floating & Unit Expectations: - Floating:Expected to float within LDRP unit (triage, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and C-section circulation) - Full couplet care required 39 () About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
