Blue Parkway Unit Name: Respiratory Therapy Building: LSMC Cost
Center: 754 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 88
inpatient beds Patient Ratios: Per treatment load. No more than 45
therapies per 12 hour shift Unit staffing description- (unit
secretaries and tech availability) : 2 therapist per shift Type of
equipment: 980 ventilators, V60 bipaps, Airvo High-Flow, Auto CPAP
Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 3- 12
shifts with rotating weekends Floating policy: N/A Patient
Experience requirements: Know department 2x2 s Hospital Specifics-
Certifications: BLS, ACLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must
have : Advanced skills needed: Intensive Care and Emergency
department experience including code blue roles and rapid response
roles. Procedures performed on unit: Bronchoscopies, intubation,
and code blue assistance Certifications Required: RRT, CRT, BLS,
ACLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) Caribbean blue scrubs Unit
Guidelines/Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and
guidelines. 3- 12 hour shifts with rotating weekends. All policies
