Unlock your potential!Job Summary And QualificationsThe Virtual RN Coordinator leads the virtual nurse program and provides nursing leadership for assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care of assigned area(s) with twenty-four (24) hour accountability. The Virtual RN Coordinator delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by determining the predictable health status and health needs of patients through interpretation of health data and preventive practice from a virtual setting. The Virtual RN Coordinator supports the efforts of on-site staff to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models. The Virtual RN models a commitment to the organization's vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.What qualifications you will need:Hours are evenings, 2 twelve hour shifts (10-2230) or 3 eight hour shifts (1400-2230
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Registered Nurse state of KS or compact license
