• Store Operations
• Manage the store to achieve growth and profit goals
• Accurately report financial measures and transactions
• Manage inventory supply to ensure merchandise availability
• Complete Quality Control Calls on new lease agreements within 1 business day
• Protect store assets and reconcile inventories weekly
• Maintain company vehicles within safe standards, ensure accurate bank deposits, and manage returned merchandise
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates for efficient operations
• Schedule associate coverage to meet store hours
• Close lease agreements with a focus on customer service and long-term relationships
• Manage renewal activities and authorize returns with customer relationship in mind
• Execute customer service programs, company guidelines, and policiesJob Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High energy and professional appearance
• Proven selling, organizational, and managerial skills
• Safe driving skills and ability to operate company vehicles legally
• Must have a satisfactory MVR, D.O.T. physical/certification if required, valid Driver's License, and comply with Driver Qualification Policy
