We are seeking a strong candidate for this position that has proven success in building relationships with stakeholders, developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives and experience in financial services marketing, specifically in the institutional and/or 401(k) space. This is a chance to join a marketing team at an entrepreneurial and innovative organization that is on a fast growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with stakeholders in the firm's institutional practice
• Helps develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics, including campaigns, using traditional and emerging marketing channels, in alignment with the firm's growth goals
• Leads marketing projects and sets expectations with stakeholders and internal marketing teams, including digital and creative:
  • Evaluate and develop projects that will help obtain new business, grow existing business or retain existing business
  • Identify the right strategies to solve problems and reach goals
  • Support multifaceted campaigns that include advertising, social media, collateral, etc.
  • Assists growth team with marketing support needs for RFPs and conferences
  • Serves as a mentor to department marketing associates
  • Delivers a client-first experience Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; OR equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the duties of the job
    • 7+ years of financial services marketing experience, ideally some in the institutional space Skills and Knowledge
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office
      • Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
      • Knowledge of Smartsheet and project management systems beneficial
      • Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders while providing clear expectations
      • Interact confidently and collaborate with other departments and teams
      • Adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
      • Execute project management and meet deadlines
      • Demonstrate strong problem-solving, organization, communication and presentation skills
      • Embrace new technology and be forward thinking
      • Ability to work independently and with a team
      • Coach and mentor associates
