Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY The Project Support Coordinator provides cross-departmental support acting as a liaison between the office and production staff. DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Ability to operate inventory warehouse management system effectively, including, but not limited to, creating items, receipts, and BOMs Ability to operate project management systems effectively, including, but not limited to inputting daily production and shipping numbers and maintaining project information daily Assist Inventory Control staff with receiving job materials as needed Assist Project Managers and Shipping Manager with printing, counting, and organizing labels for production/shipping teams as needed Assist Production and Quality staff with building one-off samples of displays, kits, etc. as needed Serve as backup Logistics Scheduler as needed First point of contact for incoming guests and calls, with heavy volume of calls providing directions to facility Perform general clerical duties, including, but not limited to copying, scanning, filing, and ordering supplies Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety rules Ability to work a flexible schedule if necessary Attendance is an essential function of the role Embody the company’s core values OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Required High School Diploma or equivalent Must have good English written and verbal communication skills Good arithmetic skills are required General proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish
