Member Company: Lamb Insurance Services The Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers. This Assistant will support a team of Account Managers as well as answer customer inquiries, process service requests and coordinate renewal paperwork. Key Responsibilities: Obtain and review new and existing client applications Prepare and submit customer requests (i.e. endorsements, certificates and loss runs) Support the renewal process by gathering forms and obtain missing information Assist customers with basic questions about their policies Send coverage updates to customers and follow up to ensure forms are returned Prepare and mail follow up letters to customers Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent education and/or experience required General understanding of commercial property and casualty coverages and rating is preferred Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software applications Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients Signers is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer.
