Duties and Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into intuitive software solutions
Participate within an Agile (Scrum) development team
Solve diverse problems with a high energy, proactive approach
Participate in technical design discussions and hands-on solution implementation
Use a critical eye with new design specifications and raise quality, performance, and/or architectural concerns.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

3+ years professional software development experience using C# .NET, MVC, WPF, and JavaScript
Thorough understanding of object oriented development theory
Familiarity with developing in a Windows environment (Visual Studio, TFS)
Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
Proven problem solving abilities and creative thinking in a fast paced environment
